Kratos Macro PP 54+
Kratos Macro PP 54+ is a high performance polymer based monofilament synthetic fibre reinforcement that can be utilized in concrete by directly replacing steel mesh or steel wire applications in infrastructure projects requiring high structure concrete strength. Produced according to EN 14889-2 Class 2 and ASTM C-1116 standards with Kordsa Engineering from 100% virgin polypropylene, Kratos Macro PP 54+ increases the toughness of concrete against structural design loads and provides effective crack control with its 3-dimensional homogeneous distribution property in concrete.
Kratos Micro Plastic Shrinkage
Kratos Micro PS is a high perfromance polymer based monofilament micro synthetic fiber reinforcement that provides effective crack control against short term plastic shrinkage with its 3 dimensional homogeneous distribution property in concrete. Kratos Micro PS is manufactured according to EN 14889-2 Class 1 standard.
Mape Fibre IT 39 NV
Mape Fibre IT 39 NV fibre are characterized by a 60 aspect ratio and special wavy shape: this helps obtained a higher level of adhesion in the cementitious paste, thereby increasing the ductility of concrete in the post failure phase. The type and special geometry of the fibres help maintain the workability of concrete compared with concrete mixes without fibres without modifying the rheological properties of the mix design.
Mape Fibre ST 42
Mape Fibre ST 42 represent a cost effective alternative to traditional reinforcing techniques (such as metal mesh and/or steel fibres) when used to distribute loads, to limit crack phenomenon due to plastic shrinkage and to produce high ductility concrete and normal setting and accelerated setting shotcrete (safety layer and/or final layer in tunnels and trenches and on rock faces, walls of water channels, etc.).
