Aluminium Minute Adhesive
Aluminium Minute Adhesive is an odourless, two-component epoxy adhesive filled with aluminium. It cures fast at room temperature and practically without shrinkage. After curing, the adhesive can be machined (filing, drilling, milling). Aluminium Minute Adhesive is gap-filling and non-dripping (thixotropic) and shows very high tensile, impact and peel strength. The adhesive is particularly suitable for bonding aluminium and other light metals. It can be used for filling cracks and holes on aluminium housings, for example, and for repairing light alloy wheels. In order to achieve optimal adhesion, the bonding surfaces should be dry and free from grease or dirt. Scraping or sanding the surfaces before cleaning additionally improves adhesion.
Aqua-Flex MS Polymer
Aqua-Flex is strong, paintable (wet-on-wet), has an outstanding resistance to ageing and is resistant to weathering, UV rays as well as fresh and salt water. It is free of silicone, isocyanate, halogens and solvents. The product as an ISEGA certificate and can be used as an adhesive in the food technology. Aqua-Flex is an elastic adhesive and sealant based on MS polymer for wet and damp surfaces. It is suitable for the bonding of numerous materials, such as metal, plastics, ceramics, wood, glass and stone. The adhesive and sealant can be used for pipeline and cable work, tank and apparatus engineering, in ventilation and air conditioning systems, gardening and landscaping, in sanitary installations and in all applications, where silicones or products containing silicones are not suitable.
Assembly Adhesive
Fast and strong contact adhesive based on synthetic caoutchouc for adhesive bonding in indoor and outdoor areas. The elastic 1-component assembly adhesive can be used on many materials, such as wood and wood fibre boards, MDF and OSB boards, decorative boards, steel, aluminium, plastic, PVC, plaster, plasterboard, ceramics, masonry, tiles, stone, and concrete. The adhesive is suitable for the fast and permanent bonding of skirting boards, panels, flooring elements, wall panelling, window bottoms, doorsteps, wooden door lining, decorative trims, and many other components.
Belt Repair Kit
Belt Repair-Kit is a 2-component polyurethane system for the fast repair and coating of rubber surfaces. It has a high curing speed, high elasticity and wear resistance, is impact-resistant and abrasion-resistant, and has a particularly high tear resistance. Thanks to its high mechanical strength, it is suitable especially for repairs on rubber and metal components, which are exposed to impacts, abrasion or vibrations. The Belt Repair-Kit offers fast and easy processability. The system is suitable for various applications, such as the repair and coating of conveyor belts, the repair of rubber coatings, for use as flexible wear protection, and for the fast repair of worn-out rubber surfaces. In addition to the polyurethane system, the set comprises a primer for surface pre-treatment, and a spatula to spread the compound evenly. In order to cover a broader application range, in addition to the classic 500 g working package, which needs to be mixed by hand, the product is also available as easy-to-use 540 g double cartridge.
Black Seal Special Silicone
Black-Seal is black, high-temperature-resistant (+280 °C/+536 °F), free of solvents, strong, oil-resistant, grease-resistant, pressure-resistant, resistant to ageing and extremely elastic (breaking elongation of approx. 500%). It is suitable for bonding and sealing in applications where particularly high oil and grease resistance is required. The product can be used on gearbox, valve and casing covers, oil sumps, water pumps, gears and axles, flanges, tanks and containers, and in many other areas.
Casting Resin Plus 90
The epoxy resin system Casting Resin Plus 90 is a casting compound which cures crystal clear. Its special formulation allows high layer thicknesses up to 90 mm. The compound can also be used to coat sensitive surfaces and protects against damages. The casting resin has a low viscosity, high mechanical stability, is impact-resistant, has a high moisture resistance and a good UV resistance. It can be processed very well manually and mechanically – whether by grinding, filing or drilling. Casting Resin Plus 90 is particularly suitable for applications with high optical requirements. Contact GEL

Easy-Mix PE-PP 50 Structural Acrylic Adhesive
Easy-Mix PE-PP 50 is a 2-component construction adhesive based on methyl acrylate. Due to its transparent curing, it is particularly suitable for visually appealing, high-strength adhesive bonding of low surface energy plastics, such as PE, PP and TPE. Thanks to its special formula, the adhesive is suitable for zero-gap bonds and for connecting surfaces with extremely small bonding gaps of less than 0,2 mm. The structural adhesive has a fast strength build-up and a high final strength. It is impact-resistant, ageing-resistant, chemical-resistant, and slightly thixotropic. PE-PP 50 has a short pot life of six minutes and a processing time of twelve minutesgeothermal job. It is applied with a 1:1 system and does not require pre-treatment of the bonding surfaces, as the adhesive has an integrated primer. For the application of the Easy-Mix product, the Dispenser Easy-Mix D 50 is required.
Easy-Mix PU Crystal Polyurethane Adhesive
Easy-Mix PU Crystal is a crystal clear and colourless two-component polyurethane adhesive for bonding plastics (e.g. polycarbonate) as well as plastics to steel, stainless steel, aluminium, concrete, wood, and glass. The high-strength and fast-curing structural adhesive is sandable and paintable after approx. 30 minutes. It provides excellent adhesion to a variety of materials and is resistant to weathering and many aggressive chemicals. PU is temperature-resistant from -55 °C to +100 °C (-67 °F to +212 °F). Due to its transparent curing, it is particularly suitable for bonding e.g. plastics and glass. WEICON Easy-Mix RK-7200 can also be used for structural bondings where a coloured adhesive would not match the components. That way, transparent plastics like acrylic glass (PMMA) and other materials can be bonded with high strength.
Easy-Mix RK-7300 Structural Acrylic Adhesive
Easy-Mix RK-7300 is a fast-curing, solvent-free structural and construction adhesive based on MMA (methyl methacrylate). It adheres perfectly to a variety of materials and has a high adhesive strength. It can be applied universally for static and dynamic loads. High-strength bondings are also possible in case of low surface energy plastics, such as PE or PP. Its high-viscosity characteristics also permit material pairings with different expansion coefficients, such as plastic / aluminium or steel. Special fillers (glass beads) ensure a consistent adhesive gap of 0.25 mm. Maximum gap-bridging: 1 mm.

The product is crystal clear after curing and is particularly suited for elastic joints where the adhesive should or must not be visible. It can be used in plastic processing, metal construction, tank and apparatus engineering, in ventilation and air conditioning systems, the electrical and lighting industry, in exhibition stand construction and shopfitting, and in all applications where silicones or products containing silicones are not suitable. Flex 310 M® FireSeal
Flex 310 M FireSeal is a permanently elastic adhesive and sealant based on SMP with a fire resistance up to 120 minutes. Tested and classified for all joint structures according to EN 1366-4. The paint-compatible sealant with very low volume shrinkage meets the highest demands in terms of fire protection, such as the requirements of the International Maritime Organisation IMO FTPC Parts 2+5 as well as for rail vehicles in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2 R22/23 HL3. The very low emissions allow safe indoor application. Flex 310 M FireSeal adheres very well even to powder-coated, painted, galvanised, anodised, chromated and hot-dip galvanised surfaces. It is suitable for use on metal, plastics, concrete and wood. The adhesive and sealant can be used in many application areas. It is suitable for fire barriers and covers, for joints in non-structural components with fire resistance requirements, for connection joints and for sealing cable ducts, pipe openings and housings. Flex 310 M FireSeal can also be used in other industrial areas, such as vehicle and body construction, container construction, apparatus and fittings construction, the energy and electrical industries, insulation technology and plastics technology.
WEICONLOCK® AN 305-18 Flange Sealing
WEICONLOCK is applied evenly straight from the Pen/the cartridge; avoid direct contact between dosing tip/metal. Apply continuous bead to one flange side, then assemble parts quickly and screw tight. For sealing applications (pipe fittings), apply WEICONLOCK to the thread in circles. Screw the pipe thread together and tighten it to the desired alignment. Do not pour any WEICONLOCK back into the bottle that has already come into contact with metal. Even extremely small metal particles cause the adhesive to cure inside the bottle. Therefore, in serial production, the use of dosing devices is recommended.
Solar-Flex® MS-Polymer
Solar-Flex is strong, non-corrosive, paintable (wet-on-wet), weather-resistant and resistant to UV rays. It is free of silicone, isocyanate, halogens and solvents. Solar-Flex is an elastic adhesive based on MS polymer specially developed for the solar industry. Both the very high initial bonding power and the fast development of adhesive strength enable bondings even on vertical surfaces. Replaces traditional fixings in the assembly of solar and photovoltaic power systems.
